Well, my maps are rubbish for one thing. I really don't see how you can feel offended by my maps, and I did not intend any offense against you or anyone else. I see no reason for you to dramatically alter anything, and I just saved a screenshot of your post in the rare event I might need evidence at a later time.

Chris needs to write EE Rules, because bans without rules are unfair. If EE don't have rules, so there shouldn't be any bans.

I honestly don't see the point of any rules if Chris is just going to be like "rules? naw we dun diddily do dah need dem dun rules cauz' u kno, cant find anyone dat can dun diddily do dun it, unlike dese MODS that i HIRED for some reason, nevermind that. REQUEST DENIED!"

@NR2001: Yes. Because, you know; Everybody Edits sounds exactly like a place where a children can find
some naughty material, disregarding that Helvi's artwork is barely even erotic in itself.
You can find more obscene material from playing "Post it Draw it".

Having your children be lookin' for it is a whole different story.

This game is probably just going to turn into Nobody Edits and then into Why Bother.

..these levels were not meant for artistic nudity, but for eye candy for perverted players.   Helvi screwed up, but so did MrShoe.   What Helvi did was wrong, just the punishment received wasn't fair.

If this was really "artistic nudity," why are there no faces?   Why is it only women?   Why are the levels called "Hot Girls"?   Why are they in sexual positions?   Not only do many of us not wish to see these sexual images, but they're also sexist.   As if all women are good for is to be seen from the neck-down, with hardly any clothes on only to be able to say "She's not ALL naked."   Helvi was being insensitive, but the ban was not necessary.

Yeah, the name sure fits how you drew them, which is actually not a good thing.   I think people play your levels for the art, not the actual level itself.   With a name like "Hot Girls" to attract players and with an image like THAT on the minimap.. that'll sure keep some playing.   And some from leaving.

Legs spread, arms spread to see chest easier.. yeah I think they're quite sexual.  

Do you honestly believe your "art" is appropriate?   I can appreciate artistic nudity, but you can't just draw anyone naked and just say "Well it's artistic nudity so it should be okay".. of course it's art, what else is it if you drew it? Seeing how most of EE players seem to be 15 or younger, these drawings are inappropriate for children.   They're also offensive.   I call you insensitive because you can't even admit to how they can be at least somewhat offensive.   You have grown women, bent over in sexual positions, with hardly any clothing on, and you name your levels Hot Girls.   How is this not hinting at being inappropriate content?   Can't you agree it's quite suggestive?

I don't think the title is "Hot Girls" because Helvi thought the title fit, it was probably because it accurately and concisely fits it and pretty much states what the map is which is what a level title should do. A level title probably doesn't perfectly describe a level. The title always felt like a jeer to me because it's just silly. At least the people know what they're in for when they join.
Are you the kind of person who would cover a child's eyes if you pass by a famous statue like David (Michelangelo's) or something? It's art. It's meant to be admired, not fapped to. I can't even understand why the natural body would be considered inappropriate because wow okay we were all born naked. How sexual something is depends on who is viewing it. It was considered scandelous to show your ankles in the victorian times. They probably didn't try to censor art, though. Because that would be stupid. Ok, after reading the post before me, the levels are designed to show <that> and only <that> and the attention is only on <that>, as opposed to other art with a meaning.

Did you ever go to a public beach?   Swimming bath? Maybe seen loosly clothed women in summer at 30°C + ? Seems not, seems you stay in your dark chambers at home.

Unlike the US where guns and violence are most common, pupil on killing spree, murdering innocent children. And you tell me I did something "bad"? And the US government fails once again, as always. But yes, a black / white art map at the size of 400x200 pixel is bad enough to cause World War 3. Either stick to the discussion or not, but leaving when critism is voiced is inpolite.

While alot of you may not like his art style, many of you are too new to know this, but Helvi did contact the people in charge of this game, and has done everything in his power to make sure he wasn't crossing any lines, and was told that it was okay to do this, which is why alot of us older members are on his side on this.   I understand how alot of you feel, but if he did everything he could, to make sure that he wasn't doing anything wrong, only to get banned by someone who probably does not know that he took these precautions, is rather unfair.

I feel insulted by all these "boss 2 code" maps. They are not within the spirit of EE, of having original maps.
As MrShoe said on his blog regarding Builders Club:

All in all

We made this new feature in order to focus more on building good worlds. As it is now, new users have almost no chance of getting all the blocks, but this is a way to use all packs.

This also means that Builder Club members will be able to build exactly the worlds they want, without being restricted by the amount of blocks they own. This will lead to more inventive design and better looking worlds.

A creator of a "boss 2 code" level could also say their levels are good, but that doesn't make that true.   Original maps?   I've played your levels.   They're not fun.   I can beat them.   They're just not fun.   Sorry.   I think fun is what matters, not creativity.   Besides, you aren't the first to draw nearly nude women, so you're not all that original, either.   A level doesn't become "good" if you create art on it that you find "good."   Graphics don't make a game good.

well, okay, you could argue it's sexual, but again, I doubt that was the intention. I asked a few people (teen males, those who would be most... susceptible to the supposed 'intent' behind Helvi's art?) outright: do you know anyone who has ever gotten sexually excited by Helvi's levels? The response was a resounding 'nope'. I think you're just getting worked up over something that's pointless, either that or you just like to argue.

Do you honestly believe your "art" is appropriate?   I can appreciate artistic nudity, but you can't just draw anyone naked and just say "Well it's artistic nudity so it should be okay".. of course it's art, what else is it if you drew it? Seeing how most of EE players seem to be 15 or younger, these drawings are inappropriate for children.   They're also offensive.   I call you insensitive because you can't even admit to how they can be at least somewhat offensive.   You have grown women, bent over in sexual positions, with hardly any clothing on, and you name your levels Hot Girls.   How is this not hinting at being inappropriate content?   Can't you agree it's quite suggestive?

The definition of inappropriate content is basically anything intended to cause sexual excitement. It's pretty much the intent of the art, the obvious intent. I'm not saying that you can say it's artistic nudity and that makes it so because I can't say I'm a bunny and suddenly be one. The title is just a title. I don't think the title is "Hot Girls" because Helvi thought the title fit, it was probably because it accurately and concisely fits it and pretty much states what the map is which is what a level title should do. A level title probably doesn't perfectly describe a level. The title always felt like a jeer to me because it's just silly. At least the people know what they're in for when they join.
Are you the kind of person who would cover a child's eyes if you pass by a famous statue like David (Michelangelo's) or something? It's art. It's meant to be admired, not fapped to. I can't even understand why the natural body would be considered inappropriate because wow okay we were all born naked. How sexual something is depends on who is viewing it. It was considered scandelous to show your ankles in the victorian times. They probably didn't try to censor art, though. Because that would be stupid. Why are we so worried about 'protecting children's innocence' from NUDE ART when we have violence on TV and sexual things in advertising. So pointless.

Ok, after reading the post before me, the levels are designed to show <that> and only <that> and the attention is only on <that>, as opposed to other art with a meaning.

Unlike the US where guns and violence are most common, pupil on killing spree, murdering innocent children. And you tell me I did something "bad"? And the US government fails once again, as always. But yes, a black / white art map at the size of 400x200 pixel is bad enough to cause World War 3. Either stick to the discussion or not, but leaving when critism is voiced is inpolite.

While alot of you may not like his art style, many of you are too new to know this, but Helvi did contact the people in charge of this game, and has done everything in his power to make sure he wasn't crossing any lines, and was told that it was okay to do this, which is why alot of us older members are on his side on this.   I understand how alot of you feel, but if he did everything he could, to make sure that he wasn't doing anything wrong, only to get banned by someone who probably does not know that he took these precautions, is rather unfair.

I feel insulted by all these "boss 2 code" maps. They are not within the spirit of EE, of having original maps.
As MrShoe said on his blog regarding Builders Club:

We made this new feature in order to focus more on building good worlds. As it is now, new users have almost no chance of getting all the blocks, but this is a way to use all packs.

This also means that Builder Club members will be able to build exactly the worlds they want, without being restricted by the amount of blocks they own. This will lead to more inventive design and better looking worlds.

A creator of a "boss 2 code" level could also say their levels are good, but that doesn't make that true.   Original maps?   I've played your levels.   They're not fun.   I can beat them.   They're just not fun.   Sorry.   I think fun is what matters, not creativity.   Besides, you aren't the first to draw nearly nude women, so you're not all that original, either.   A level doesn't become "good" if you create art on it that you find "good."   Graphics don't make a game good.

I asked a few people (teen males, those who would be most... susceptible to the supposed 'intent' behind Helvi's art?) outright: do you know anyone who has ever gotten sexually excited by Helvi's levels? The response was a resounding 'nope'. I think you're just getting worked up over something that's pointless, either that or you just like to argue.
