A house is, according to Google.com, a building for human habitation, especially one that is lived in by a family or small group of people. An apartment is, according to Google.com, a suite of rooms forming one residence, typically in a building containing a number of these. Apartments are cheaper, but you will be living under a landlord. Neither of these are very likely with a house. There are many things to do before you buy a house, such as improving your credit score and getting a mortgage. Anyway, browse online for any cheap houses for sale or apartments, and meet with the landlord/previous owners. Discuss a reasonable price, and close the deal. A lot more paperwork is needed, but this information has been excluded to ensure that our tutorial is quick and easy to read.

Next, install it by reading the instructions. You could also build a computer, but this would be a hassle to any tech amateurs. If your computer does not come with an operating system, there are many to choose from.
