Weird world campaign level softlock?
alright, I've reached a bit of a wall in "weird world." I ran through the part with tons of up arrows in the red section, and at the bottom are 2 small dots and 2 up arrows, and fell RIGHT through. and.. I can't find a way out... ... is this a softlock? I have been trying to get out, and I can't find a way out. I feel like I'm stuck, and I don't want to redo the level. Thank you! 
EDIT: This is in the campaign section Colorful, the level name is Weird World.
