thoughts?

i like the gimmick since it is useful, and i like it being backwards compatible with wii u. the age of nintendo using discs is gone RIP 2001-2016. we sd cards now boy.

Wait until there are reviews for it before saying it's implemented well. Tbh does look like it could be neat, but only if it actually works. There's plenty of wirelessthings out there and 99% of them some issues because of it now and then.

How is this supposed to work anyway? Does the handheld bit stream from home or is it actually its own handheld console?

I hope it actually has games worth buying, the Wii U had maybe 2 or 3 games that I would be interested so I saw no need to buy it.

I think it has some interesting potential for new and original games and I hope they capitalize fully.

- well in the first picture we can see the new Nintendo Switch and damn, what a PROWESS AND FLATE CONSOLE !
Seriously i already want to buy and play this Switch ! play the new version of Mario Kart 8, try the new Super Mario game and of course : watch movie !
March 2017 is good date ! i'am waiting a lot right now ! i want to try the controller, the pad and etc... It's pretty cool, nice designs.

- The 2nd pic, like PKSparkx, my react was exactly the same as him : OOOHHH ! KING BOO!!.. but when i saw that, i think more than a third update for Mario Kart 8, which says new update said: NEW MAPS ! KARTS AND CHARACTERS !!
but i don't know why everybody say it's Mario Kart 9... huh, guys i waiting Mario Kart 9 like GTA VI and seriously i don't want to have a new Mario Kart with the same graphics engine as Mario Kart 8... well yes, a little bit but to say that's picture come from Mario Kart 9 ?? lol

i like how it follows a modular design, but all that's really going to happen is a bunch of people going "wow nintendo did it again" and then never buying the switch at all

The frame rate in the video shows it drips significantly when you use it as a mobile device. If the Nintendo Switch offers third party games, this would probably be the best chance to move ee to another format. Anyways, I'm going to wait for reviews before I fully decide if The Switch is cool, just another gimmick.

those videos on the switch were not recorded at the same time as the actors and ****, since it would look weird. it is no indication of the power of it. plus no one knows if the base adds power to it, though i think it (sadly) doesnt

I can say that it has alot of potential, but as of right now, the only game worth buying (IMO) is the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I would wait until buying it until newer and better games comes out since the price might be slightly lower then.
p.s. Don't get 1 2 switch
