Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Campaigns aren't fun and they serve no purpose other than to stroke the egos of forum users.
I disagree partially, and think that they can serve a purpose for rewarding builders and players, but as they currently stands they are biased in favor of veterans. Harder worlds, classic old arrow gravity platformers are commonplace and any other unique or different gameplay is presented as a gimmick, such as the puzzle campaign. Puzzle packs: Yeah, that's the only puzzles you'll be getting, don't count on a sci-fi puzzle campaign or underwater puzzle campaign, just group them together into an uninspired puzzle pack. Storytime? Levels with a story all get lumped into a story campaign, and the last tier has no story whatsoever compared to a vast number of other levels. Yet platform levels come in all kinds of themes, from ruins, to tunnels. If we were consistent with puzzle pack there would be one campaign "platforming pack." EE has a vast variety of items, why are most of the campaigns made in the same old stale and overly difficult style from five years ago? There's an obvious divide in the community, and the staff and people who choose the campaigns, including forumer's suggestions, generally come from the veteran part of the community, which may cause bias and overlooking other worlds. What should have been a well balanced and easy for anyone to jump into campaign mode has now become a tedious mess, with new users rage quitting on supposedly easy levels. Campaigns are something that should take a lot of thought and collaboration, and it's clear that they might not be putting full effort into it. I can't blame them entirely at all, the staff are generally hard working individuals, and the current state of the community does not lend itself to a good variety to choose campaigns from. The summer campaign is arguably the best because the staff literally forced the community to not make severely hard worlds for once and make good quality medium worlds, instead of having to cherry pick and go "I guess this is medium if you think about it hard enough," causing the inconsistency in campaigns you see today.
