If you have a complicated password, then none would even try to using bruteforce or dictionary attack on you.
I think more there is a keylogger or RAT on your computer. If you change your password it will be hacked again and again, repeats forever.
You need to find the RAT or keylogger. Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free and do a full scan.
If the RAT or Keylogger is protected by a crypter. They will not be found. And the only way to fix the issues is to format windows, and install it again.

Your password need to have special characters and longer like 15 characters length. And none will ever get it from a bruteforce attack.
