Minimodding is a 1 point warning, it's as low as it gets. But if you already have enough points to get banned then yes you will get banned.

As long as you have less than 6 points you'll get a one day ban. If you have less than 3 you'll get no ban. You can fit a good amount of warnings into 5 points.
