Yes you did. And I dont think backgrounds should be used, though I see the concepts of it. Ok, you can use backgrounds only for decoration like a picture. However, nothing else can be used with background. Any hints with background will make the level invalid.
And if you dont know where you broke the rule, its at the top left.

couldnt you have copied ur last post, delete it, copy it into a new post along with the word bump? i dont think that would be breaking the rules since u dont double post that way.   Also I think mine was too simple, might make a new one

calc... cause your contest is dying... its too hard to make it not touch the walls and no solid blocks and still make it good. also, you're not answering everyone's questions >.> but gl with it. and also, the 5 views in 10 hours is cause they've viewed it before and didn't want to view it again. some people check back like me.

Hmm... GOT IT! New rule. You can touch a block for the first 4 seconds after you start. Now you can fall for 4 seconds against the wall and not break the rules.

No, did you read the entire new rule? I can touch the top of the world anytime I want to.

Note: I guess it would be easier if you use a bigger world like a large.

Yay! Good idea! Heres a rep(if I can right now) for that!
And you can use coins, but only up to 15. Check the rules for more.
