Sorry If There's Another forum about this but ... I need help with my picture ... cause im wondering how people get there picture cause shy guys has to be FAR Over 10 kb and my picture isint that good and its like 9.78 kb so i was wondering if there was a way to shrink it or somthing?

save as a low quality jpg or as a .gif
10kb is pretty silly size restriction, imo.
