I'd speculate that people didn't need precise time measurements when they were first created. A prime example would be the creation of time zones for the railroad. With that, there never really was a precise time because everyone would be offset by their position on Earth.

So my answer is: they didn't care.

I'm guessing the like.php checks for internal woot count before allowing. Surely it's not left up to a cookie or something like that. Ha.

Also, +1 for retaining like.php href for those w/o js.

You folks really want things to be memorized? That seems to defeat hte purpose a bit.

Why did I give you such a long thing to write? Well, it's because I can't write bots and I'm butthurt and flabbergasted about it.  Many people won't bother typing out the long message because it's unnecessarily wordy and boring, will you be the one to actually waste your time to attempt to memorize and type this out?

So you folks don't write me off as being harsh: I've never really met with any serious bullying. No physical violence. Very minimal mental bullying. (Cyber, etc). That's not really an issue for me. However, I've considered suicide as simply the ever-present second option. Naturally, I've never used it. But, it's really comforting for me to know that I always have a way out.

That being said, I have no idea why people from across the country/internet care if someone commits suicide. How does the world suffer for it? I could understand if you lost a close friend. But beyond that, I'm not sure how you all should feel the need to intervene.

I can't tell if you actually tried for each pitch or if it was auto-tuned a bit. Maybe you were reaching for a few of those.
